Presenter Bio
Dr. Ali Afshar received his first dental degree from the University of Alberta in 2001, followed by a certificate in advanced graduate studies in general dentistry (CAGS) from Boston University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry (DABOI), the highest level of certification possible and an elite qualification shared by fewer than a thousand Implantologists worldwide. Dr. Afshar has a referral practice focused on dental implants, soft tissue management, and complex restorative cases. He is also involved in teaching locally and internationally.
